EVEREST SpinPod 30 load management system produces 4 x the torque output of the SpinPod 7.5 system. With this additional torque capacity, the SP30 can precisely orientate up to 100 tonnes from a safe distance using a remote control.
Tag lines present many lifting challenges across industries, in particular for operations with tight access points, unstable work platforms and limited working space. Taking up a lot of space so they remain in tension to be effective or requiring workers to be within the drop-zone or pinch points to manoeuvre loads into position.
The EVEREST SpinPod 30 makes taglines obsolete, accurately controlling load orientation remotely. This reduces the chance of injuries caused by workers being in contact with the suspended load through handheld taglines and streamlines operations to increase the number of lifts you can complete each day.
SpinPods are non-structural and modular so they attach directly to the spreader bar, to integrate with your existing rigging. For even larger loads, nest multiple SpinPods together.
The SpinPod can engage automated rotational control to maintain its orientation, counteracting the load from rotating due to external forces.
Where precision is key, utilising the Hold function of the SpinPod 7.5 allows the operator to keep the orientation of the load in one position.
The load can also be orientated in small 1 degree increments/decrements by pressing the left or right button.
Where control of the SpinPod is required from two locations on-site (for example ground level and on top of a building), the Verton remote’s optional pitch and catch feature is your solution.
