Bag Handling air hoist from Red Rooster Lifting available in capacities of 1 to 3 Tonne. This is part of our trolley suspension air hoist range for lifting equipment applications in industry.
Red Rooster Lifting offer three capacities of Big Bag handling hoists with one hook designed to meet the special requirements for handling bags of product. We also have twin hook hoists for synchronised operation with 1 and 2 tonne capacities for large cruciforms or extended loads, but we can design for larger capacities if necessary. With one or two load hooks the frame dimensions can be varied if required to give the cruciform the maximum lifting height keeping clear of the hoist frame and the chain collector.
Specifically designed for Big Bag handling, our hoists have a rugged and extremely compact design giving the best possible approach distance. Heavy duty load chain is used to reduce excess wear caused by the movement of the cruciform and bag while lifting.
If exhaust oil or moisture is a concern, the exhaust air from the hoist and trolley can be piped away to a safe area, or alternatively our Big Bag handling hoists can also be supplied with our lubrication free air hoists and trolleys.
As with all Red Rooster hoists and trolleys our units are available for either ZONE 21 or ZONE 22 units with dust where the hoist is to be used in a potentially explosive area.
Our big bag hoists can be used with air, geared or push trolleys or fixed in position. The trolley can be set for a range of flange sizes up to 300mm
