Red Rooster Lifting run various types of training courses designed to meet the needs of service engineers and sales staff.
The aim of these courses is to develop a good understanding of Red Rooster Lifting products, where they are used and to give assistance in how to sell our products.
This is a course targeted at all engineers who service, inspect or maintain Red Rooster Lifting air hoists. Courses are tailored to meet the individual requirements, and the duration of the course is dependant on the hoist models and required course content as specified by the customer.
Attendees will cover all relevant Red Rooster Lifting hoist models and the various types of equipment that go along with them, including pendants, trolleys, chain collectors and conversion kits. They will learn about safe operation, servicing, operational checks and troubleshooting.
This will be spent working hands-on dismantling, assembling and testing hoists, learning inspection techniques, safety and how to diagnose faults. You will learn about standard replacement parts and when to replace them. At the end of this course engineers will receive a certificate of attendance valid for 2 years, and will be more confident in the maintenance, service and repair of air hoists, cutting down on future repair time and saving on costly returns.Â
