Our experienced and LEEA qualified service technicians have been trained to maintain all makes of overhead crane, hoist or winch and can also install, repair and test many other types of lifting equipment. As part of our services we can also carry out LOLER inspections of equipment on site.
We offer a variety of service options depending on the customer requirements, application, duty cycle and operating conditions. These service and examination programs give an accurate assessment of the condition of the equipment. The competent person uses a checklist which contains all items required under LOLER when examining overhead cranes.
Our routine maintenance program covers the adjustment and lubrication, identifies any safety critical problems found, repairs required within a set period or improvement opportunities. Keeping overhead cranes well serviced will reduce breakdowns and increase the life of the crane. Breakdowns can be expensive and lead to loss of production while awaiting the repair or parts. Our technicians will report any defect found before leaving site with typed reports following within 7 days.
LOLER examinations can be conducted as part of the agreement or separately depending on the scope of work carried out by the technician.
Our LIFTING TEAM strive to provide a speedy response and will try to prioritise breakdowns where possible, with friendly and knowledgeable staff available to offer advice and guidance.
