Red Rooster Lifting has reviewed its business operation to ensure that we are compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulation. We as a company process all personal data fairly, transparently and on lawful grounds. We limit the amount of personal data that we collect from our customers and suppliers, however to guarantee our business relationship we are required to store the following information such as names, email addresses and phone numbers. The personal data we keep on record for an individual is kept in physical and digital format and is solely for the purpose of current procurement and sale of goods and services to and from our customers and suppliers.
We may change this policy as and when required, please check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 24/05/2018.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
• We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
• By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers for seven years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
• If we have not had meaningful contact with you for an additional four years, we will review your data and delete it.

Red Rooster Lifting Limited tries to be as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a 'right of access' request under the General Data Protection Regulations.
