#YourLiftingTeam are thrilled to announce Lesley Christie’s promotion to Finance Manager
Lesley has been an integral member of our finance team since her joining Red Rooster Lifting in 2013. Her expertise and relentless commitment to improvement have made her an asset to the organisation.
Throughout her journey as an Accounts Assistant, Lesley exhibited an exceptional aptitude for financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and in 2018, Lesley was promoted to Accounts Supervisor. When our Financial Director retired last year, Lesley naturally embraced the new finance responsibilities and has grown from strength to strength.
Alongside her HR duties, which include overseeing our apprenticeship scheme and involvement in the Developing the Young Workforce, her new role as Finance Manager will have Lesley leading the finance team and compiling the monthly and annual accounts, which are pivotal to our company's growth and success. We are confident she will excel in this capacity and continue to drive our financial operations to new heights.
Lesley is a crucial member of Red Rooster Lifting’s social committee and loves nothing more than getting the team together for food, drinks, and the occasional dance. She is also a member of the company's Safety Committee Group, dedicated to seeing improvements implemented, meeting quarterly to ensure a safe work environment for all.
