CAREERS FAIR CONNECTING WITH THE YOUNG WORKFORCE

Last week Lena Fraser, Paul Shewan and Lesley Christie attended Inverurie Academy Careers Fair to discuss all things lifting equipment and inspire the future workforce with the career opportunities available in the industry with Red Rooster Lifting.

It was a fantastic atmosphere bustling with questions about our Modern Apprenticeship Programme in collaboration with NESCOL.

Bill Aitken, Managing Director at Red Rooster Lifting said: “Our apprenticeship programme is an important part of our business – supporting the industry with the next generation of workers as well as providing employment opportunities is crucial. We are continually impressed with the high standard and work ethic of our apprentices, which is why we have continued to work with NESCOL and Dudley College and offer employment opportunities once they have their full qualifications. We pride ourselves on investing time and knowledge in our apprentices, so they get the best out of their experience, and, feel enthusiastic in pursuing a career in the lifting equipment industry.”

The team spoke with many students and parents about the various career paths within the industrial manufacturing industry as well as current vacancies within our load cell department.
