Red Rooster Lifting run three different types of training seminars designed to meet the needs of sales staff and service engineers. The aim of these seminars is to develop a good understanding of Red Rooster Lifting products, where they are used and to give assistance in how to sell our products.

RED ROOSTER LIFTING – SALES SEMINAR

This is a one day course for your internal and external staff to give them an introduction to all Red Rooster Lifting products. The course gives an overview of the company, our air hoists, trolleys, accessories, winches, load cells and manual equipment. The purpose of this is to develop a strong product knowledge, gain information required to quote the correct product and how to sell the benefits of Red Rooster Lifting equipment. Although questions can be asked during the course it will end with an open discussion and a questions and answers session.

RED ROOSTER LIFTING – ADVANCED SALES / PRODUCT TRAINING

This is a two day course and is aimed at sales and office staff looking for a more in-depth knowledge of Red Rooster products.

DAY 1

As Sales Seminar above.

DAY 2

Attendees will be taken through the more technical aspects of Red Rooster Lifting equipment, trouble shooting possible problems and learning how to diagnose problems over the phone. They will gain an understanding on how to identify abuse or neglect of equipment and how to improve operational safety. The training session will end with general questions and individual customer problems can be discussed.

RED ROOSTER LIFTING – SERVICE COURSE

This is a two day course targeted at all engineers who service, inspect or maintain Red Rooster Lifting air hoists.

DAY 1

Attendees will cover all Red Rooster Lifting hoist models and the various types of equipment that go along with them. They will learn about safe operation, servicing, operational checks and trouble shooting.

DAY 2

This will be spent working hands-on dismantling, assembling and testing hoists, learning inspection techniques, safety and how to diagnose faults. You will learn about standard replacement parts and when to replace them. A complete set of parts lists will be given to all attendees. At the end of this course engineers will receive a certificate of attendance and will be more confident in the repair of hoists, cutting down on future repair time and saving on costly returns.Training can be held at either our Head Office in Oldmeldrum, our West Bromwich Depot or your own facility.
